SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders, including Next Day, received before noon EST Monday to Friday (except holidays) will process within 48 business hours.

Orders received after noon EST, on weekends or holidays, will start to process the next business day.

Once we receive your order, we will email your order number to you.

Please quote this order number in all correspondence. You can contact our customer service team at support@vund.shop.

Return Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

Please contact support@vund.shop to obtain your Return Authorization Number and shipping label.  

We will process your return as quickly as possible and notify you by email once your refund, replacement, or exchange has been processed.

VUND will refund your payment for the goods only to the original payment method used no later than 30 working days after receiving the goods.

 

Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

We are unable to accept opened & used candles because of COVID 19.
